Dad Diet came from the challenge of having to balance spending time with my kids and fitting more calorie burning activities into my everyday lifestyle.

I am not a fitness guru or dietitian.   I just maintain consistent healthy eating habits, exercise regularly and encourage my kids to live healthy as well.  Throwing around a football with your son for thirty minutes or hula hooping on the wii fit with your daughter can certainly keep the calories off.
